The Board of Directors (representatives of municipal members) provides overall direction and guidance for the operation of the agency.
The Board meets 6 times per year or as required, and consists of 7 members determined as follows: 2 members appointed from the Urban Municipal Authorities who shall pay the highest Requisitions as determined at the Annual General Meeting for the immediately following calendar year; and 2 members appointed from the Rural Municipal Authorities who shall pay the highest Requisitions as determined at the Annual General Meeting for the immediately following calendar year; as well as three other representatives elected by the Shareholders.
